How much weight can a crate hold?

The 15 gallon crate is rated up to 60 lbs and the 27 gallon crate is rated up to 100 lbs. Keep loads within those ratings so lids seat and crates stack safely.

How clean are the crates?

Between every rental each crate is emptied, inspected, pressure washed with Dawn Professional dishwashing liquid, sanitized with OdoBan, and air-dried before it is restocked.

What can't go in a crate?

No hazardous materials, no wet trash, no pianos or safes, and nothing that pushes a crate past its weight rating.

What if nobody is home at pickup?

Leave the empties stacked and accessible and we will grab them. If we cannot access them and no arrangement was made ahead of time, a $50 missed pickup fee applies.
