Terms of service

What we provide

Crate PHX, a brand of New Vista Designs LLC, rents reusable plastic crates, lids, and an included dolly, and delivers and collects them. We provide the moving supplies and crate logistics; customers remain responsible for packing and moving their belongings.

Rental period and payment

The standard rental period is 7 days. Payment is due in full at booking, along with a signed service agreement and damage waiver. Extensions are $50 per week and must be arranged before your scheduled pickup.

Fees

• Missed pickup (no prior arrangement): $50
• Damaged or missing crate: $25 each
• Damaged or missing dolly: $40

Your responsibilities

Crates stay in your care from delivery until pickup. Do not place hazardous materials, wet trash, pianos, or safes in a crate, and do not load a crate beyond its manufacturer weight rating. Have the empties stacked and accessible on your pickup day.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery. Inside 48 hours, the delivery fee is kept.
